I am glad I called Resolve Roofing among so many roofing companies for our windstorm damaged roof. This company is highly qualified, fast responsive and costumer oriented. When our insurance adjuster changed appointment time in short notice coming in 30 minutes, Resolve Roofing had Adrian come on time to meet him for inspection, then quickly patched the damaged roof temporarily. Working with Adrian had been a pleasant experience. He was professional, responsible and reliable. He discussed the details of the project with us and answered all our questions patiently. He had been always ready for help and fulfilling our needs. He even came to fix our siding cracks not included in the project. The whole working team did excellent job for our roof, gutter and downspouts replacement, fast and clean. I had hail damage on my roof, and Resolve Roofing made the process so easy to get my roof replaced! The worst part of the process was dealing with my mortgage lender, but Resolve helped out as much as they were able and made the overall process seamless. We worked with Adrian, and he was incredibly friendly and professional! He came to us to explain the process and do all the paperwork, and he gave us updates any time we wanted! When the team came out to replace our roof, it only took them a single day, and they cleaned up everything after they were done! As an older widow, making home repair decisions are difficult. All the folks at Resolve Roofing were easy to work with and very friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They quickly became like family friends. They are a family business and are willing and eager to build their business on making happy and satisfied customers. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need should arise, or refer them to family and friends. Being older, I still like paper and they were willing to go out of their way to make sure they sent thing in paper to me. They are very professional, met with my adjuster and myself as a group. Things were handled in a timely manner. They have gone above and beyond what was expected, to make sure they did everything they promised. Had Resolve Roofing repair damage to the roof and siding from the hail storm earlier this year and decided to have them do the windows as well. They were awesome and super transparent throughout the entire process. I dealt specifically with Adrian and he was hands-on and always willing to help with anything that I needed, made for a great, stress-free experience. Tristan also helped answer any and all questions I had with the insurance and billing throughout the process. The men who came were hard workers. They showed up on time and finished the job in one day. The old roof was gone by noon and the new one was done by some time in the late afternoon. It looks good and seems flawless. I especially thank Shayne Cook who worked with me when dealing with the insurance company who wanted me to pay for the roof, which they called old (l had a new roof put on in 2004). He got them to pay about half the cost, which was more than I had managed. I would definitely use them again. I will, however, ask them to come with a magnetic roller to pick up nails in the yard! We had our home re-sided. Shane’s crew did an excellent job for us. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and quickly and were 100% professional. Not only that but by the time they left, you could not tell anyone had been there (except, of course, for the fact that our home looks like a brand new home). They cleaned up everything. Resolve Roofing did a great job with my house. While they were tearing down the old gutters, they discovered I had rotten soffit and fascia. They were able to tear out all that was rotten and replace with new in a very timely manner. Shayne even sent me pictures of updates while he was on his honey moon in Cancun. To begin, I was very well pleased with the job from start to finish. The starting was help with the insurance claim and the subsequent inspection by the State Farm adjuster. I feel like your presence during this time was instrumental in the approval of my claim. I was impressed by the work crew that showed up about 7:30 and started removing the old roofing. During this time we found that there were two courses rather than the single one that we assumed was present. This, of course increased the amount of work to get down to plywood. The workers began installing the new roof after lunch time, and were finished, totally, by about 6 PM. This included cleanup, another big plus. All material was removed from the ground completely around the house, even running a magnet over the area to pick up errant nails. Another crew (two men) came today and installed the leaf guards. thus essentially finishing the total job. I'm confident that my two daughters and son will be well pleased. The appearance of the home ia improved greatly. Thanks for a job well done. ~ Clell S

We have a 1600sf slab home. We had Resolve Roofing replace our roof , gutters and downspouts. They had our roof done in one day, and gutters and downspouts in a 1/2 day. Compared to the other houses being done on our street by other companies, they did our house in half the time of everyone else and did a better job. The crew that replaced the roof was very respectful and was done with the roof before I knew it.
